The Canon PowerShot G7X Mark II is a point and shoot camera made by Canon. It has a black body.
History[]
As revealed in Bored Smashing - DIGITAL CAMERAS!, King first bought the Canon G7X on January 28, 2017 from eBay to replace the Sony Cybershot DSC-HX80. The camera replaced the Canon Vixia HF R600 as a main camera. The camera made its first debut in UNBOXING FUTURE VIDEOS when King showed the box after showing the viewers he's going to destroy the Sony HX80. The first video filmed on the camera was QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS FOR 50000 SUBSCRIBERS. He then filmed Bored Smashing - DIGITAL CAMERAS! with the camera, just a week before it's death. After that King got his Nintendo Switch from Amazon in the mail and decided to unbox it on video. After the unboxing, King moved the Amazon shipping box, but he slid it into the tripod, nearly knocking it over. King decided to film himself setting up the Switch, but when King walked over to the Switch, the tripod/camera fell, landing lens first onto the floor. The lens had a huge dent in it and wouldn't focus anymore. King tried restarting it, but the camera said 'Lens Error'. On March 7, King sent his broken G7X to Canon to get fixed. King later "wardrobed" the Canon EOS Rebel T6I from Best Buy to use it temporarily. On March 16, 2017 King received a replacement camera which turned out to be defective. He sent it back and got it back again on March 31, 2017. The camera was also defective but King used it for a little bit since it was still usable. King filmed SEDONA IS BORING? with the camera before sending it back to Canon again. On April 11, Canon sent King a brand new camera. While filming a Plainrocktoyz video, King fell after tripping over a train track, scratching the camera in the process. After he got the Xbox One to smash for a video, Bored Smashing - XBOX ONE!, he broke the lens cover. On January 14th, 2018, King went to the Filmmaker Forest and picked the Canon EOS Rebel T7i in THE HUNT FOR A NEW CAMERA, replacing the camera's position as the main camera. King stated that he might just make the G7X his main vlogging camera instead.
While leaving for E3 2018, King dropped his camera, breaking the screen's hinge. In the thirteenth episode of Bored Smashing - GROCERY STORE PHONES!, King cracked the camera's screen. It was replaced by the G7X Mark III in Moving On...?, and tries to commit suicide multiple times in the video. However, King switches back to the Mark II as the autofocus on the Mark III was too slow. Now the G7X was put on a shelf of King's camera collection.

Trivia[]
- King has used four different Canon PowerShot G7X's so far.
- First one: King got his first G7X Mark II from eBay on January 28, 2017, it lasted until March 4, 2017 where the tripod fell and the camera landed on the lens, denting it and causing the camera to not turn on fully. King sent it to Canon to get it repaired on March 7, 2017.
- Second one: King got a new refurbished G7X Mark II from Canon on March 16, 2017, but when he tested it, the lens cover was sticking, so King sent it back on the same day.
- Third one: King got the same camera back on March 31, 2017, but the lens cover was still sticking, but it wasn't as bad. King used it for a couple of weeks before he returned it because he was bothered by it.
- Fourth one: King got a brand new G7X Mark II from Canon on April 11, 2017, he used it until sometime in 2019 when he replaced it with the Sony RX100 Mark VII.
- This camera was actually released in February 2016.
- This camera had the most mishaps than any other camera.
